Cancellation Policy & Rescheduling Your Appointment

Please note we require at least 48 hours notice to reschedule or cancel your appoinment, please see below for details:

Rescheduling Your Appointment - With Required Notice

If you need to reschedule your appointment please give at least 48 hours notice and no fee will be charged for the first time that you reschedule.

Rescheduling Your Appointment - More Than Once

If you reschedule the same appointment, giving at least 48 hours notice, more than once, you will incur a £5.00 admin fee each subsequent time that you reschedule.

Rescheduling Your Appointment - Without Required Notice

If you reschedule your appointment, without giving at least 48 hours notice, you will forfeit what you have already paid and you will need to pay again, (in full) for your new appointment.

Cancelling Your Appointment - With Required Notice

If you cancel your appointment, giving at least 48 hours notice, you will only incur a £5.00 admin charge and the remainder of the fee that you have paid will be refunded.

Cancelling Your Appointment - Without Required Notice

If you cancel your appointment, without giving at least 48 hours notice, no refund can be given.

Failing To Attend Your Appointment

If you fail to attend your appointment, no refund can be given.

Exceptional Circumstances

In exceptional circumstances, beyond your control, we may offer to reschedule your appointment without forfeit, even if you haven't given the required notice or you failed to attend your appointment.  If you feel that this applies to you, please email us with details of your situation and it will be viewed sympathetically.  Anything that you tell us will be in the strictest of confidence and is completely confidential.
